Some basic tools

Winter 2009

The tools listed below are typically used in the MBSR or MBCT programs.  It is hoped that you will find the resources helpful as you begin your practice in what just may be the most powerful set of skills in managing a stressful life. If you are taking either an MBSR or MBCT course, we will have discussed the four practices contained in the audio files; a guided sitting – Awareness of Breath, The Body Scan, Standing Yoga and the 3-minute breathing space. Right-clicking on the link below will give you the opportunity of downloading the file onto your own computer.
